Goo Records was founded in Brighton in the summer of 2022 by Tony Bartholomew and Dorian Rogers. The aim is to give new and emerging artists an opportunity to release physical editions of their music without being tied to onerous contracts. In an age where every song is a single, Goo aims to find proper single-worthy tacks and make them available on vinyl for fans and collectors. So far, we have released records with Welly, Canned Pineapple, Owners Club, and The Stanford Family Band, along with a compilation album, Alive By The Seaside, in aid of the Music Venue Trust. We will be releasing the debut EP from our latest signings, Jopy, on 20th September 2024.
